§ 18-1. Collector of fines.

  • (a)

    The quorum court designates the circuit clerk of the county as the official primarily responsible for the collection of fines assessed upon defendants in the circuit and chancery courts of the county.

    (b)

    The quorum court designates the district court clerks of the county as the officials primarily responsible for the collection of fines assessed upon defendants in the district courts of the county which they serve.
