§ 22-27. Installation, use and maintenance; fee for use by city or organization.

  • (a)

    The county board of election commissioners shall install, use and maintain electronic voting machines in accordance with A.C.A. title 7, ch. 5, subch. 5 (A.C.A. § 7-5-501 et seq.).

    (b)

    Any city or organization desiring to use county voting equipment, except for mandated elections, shall pay a fee as established by the county board of election commissioners. All such fees shall be paid within 30 days after the election is held and shall be paid to the county clerk to be deposited in the county general fund.
