§ 2-109. County complex committee.

  • (a)

    The quorum court is authorized to establish a special committee of the quorum court. A county complex committee is established and is to be comprised of 13 members and the county judge who shall be an ex officio member.

    (b)

    The county complex committee shall have the responsibility for all matters related to negotiations for a new county complex and future jail complex; and upon completion of this matter, the committee shall be disbanded and/or inactive.
