There is a public need for each county office to have one licensed notary public with
such licensing fees to be paid from county funds. If an office's designated notary
public is absent, another officer's designee shall provide such notary services for
official business.
(b)
Any and all fees received by any notary public employed and on duty in any county
office shall be deposited with the county treasurer. Furthermore, no fee for such
service shall be collected for an employee's personal use.
