§ 2-331. Continuation; composition; qualifications and appointment of members.

(a)

Pursuant to the Rural Development Authority Act (A.C.A. § 14-188-101 et seq.), there is continued the county rural development authority.

(b)

The rural development authority shall be composed of five members, each a qualified elector of the county.

(c)

The members of the rural development authority shall be appointed by the county judge, their appointments to be confirmed by the quorum court.
