§ 46-31. Compliance with other regulations.

Latest version.
  • Other regulations and guidelines of the United States, the state and the county pertain to the planning, design and operation of mobile home and trailer parks. These regulations and guidelines should be consulted both to help to improve the planning and design of such parks and to learn of specific requirements which should be considered as part of a mobile home park application. The approval of a mobile home park application by the county planning board does not relieve the developer, owner or operator from complying with the operating, licensing, permit or other requirements of such regulations.
