§ 54-61. Noncompliance.

All manmade structures existing on the effective date of the ordinance from which this section derives in the prohibited setback areas as defined in this article shall be allowed to be continued until the structure shall be destroyed or abandoned, except any such manmade structure which is listed on a state or national register of historic places may be rebuilt or restored on the same site following destruction or abandonment.
