§ 58-35. New subdivisions.

Streets in new subdivisions shall be built in accordance with the standards pertaining to subdivisions. The construction and paving specifications set out in this article shall also apply. It shall be the policy of the county not to accept such streets into the county system for maintenance until construction is approved by the county judge.
