§ 58-60. Specifications.

The typical cross section diagram on file in the clerk's office is incorporated in this division by reference as a part of this article, and the specifications in this division shall govern the construction of new roads (gravel or blacktop) and the upgrading of existing roads to meet the standards as set forth in this division.
